Good day

I have installed the pesapal plugin for virtuemart (pesapal_virtuemart_v1.6.-_2.-.-).
My setup is Joomla! 2.5.17
Virtuemart 2.0.26d
With rupostel one page checkout. www.rupostel.com/
Business Account with Pesapal : UNCOVER
key and secret received from client.

when confirming purchase the site goes to checkout but displays below error message.

"Problem: parameter_absent | Advice: > oauth_parameters_absent | oauth_consumer_key"

Could this be due to the one page checkout? and that is why it is not connecting?
I have not done the cron job as my service provider is to do that for me (no permissions)

any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. access can be provided as site is offline at the moment.

Regards
Adriaan

I am not being rude here but there is a problem with the Consumer key you entered or updated on your code. Either you didn't enter one or it is missing a legitimate one. Check with your client again!

Hi Edwin

Thank yo for the reply. Please don't worry about being rude. I am sure there are plenty of newbies that ask unnecessary questions, fortunately I am not one of them. Been working with joomla for ten years and know my way around.

As for consumer key and secret, I assure you that I have entered them in the payment method configuration of VM.
Here is a list of things I have tried to get the error message to go away.

*uninstalled the module and re-installed and re-configured it
*Created a new business account with my details and entered the relevant received secret and key.
*created a demo account and entered the received key and secret.
*used the clients access details to change the e-mail to my e-mail and resent the API credentials to my address to make sure I received the correct key and secret.

Unfortunately all of these still produced the same error message when trying to complete a transaction.
With the configuration being so simple, surely I could not get it wrong three times.

Adriaan
