demo.pesapal.com you will be able to test your integrations without using real money. Create a free demo merchant and demo buyer account online now and have the opportunity to simulate the entire process at no cost.
What do i need to do to use the demo API?
1. Open an account as a buyer and merchant on
demo.pesapal.com
2. In you pesapal iframe code you need to edit
$iframelink variable to point to our demo servers.
Below is the demo iframe link code:
$iframelink = 'demo.pesapal.com/api/PostPesapalDirectOrderV4';
Note
- On the sandbox system, the url is demo.pesapal.com
- On the live system the url is
www.pesapal.com
3. Use the consumer key and consumer secret sent to you after opening an account on demo pesapal.
4. In you check status code use the demo consumer key and demo consumer secret.
Also change the
$statusrequest as below:
$statusrequest = 'demo.pesapal.com/api/querypaymentstatus';
In regard to this, we have
closed the demo merchant account that was previously operational on our live platform. This is the merchant account that most of us use while testing our integrations.
NOTE:After you are satisfied that all is well, please remember to open a real account on our live platform on
www.pesapal.com and replace the demo API, demo consumer_key and demo consumer_secret with the live API, consumer key and secret.
