Hi,

I have intergrated the pesapal plugin on virtuemart. It works perfectly only when i reach the checkout and provide all details to confirm payment it takes too long to load the page and then this is the error i get

"Sorry we can not be able to determine the status of your payment. Please contact us."

Which means that the payment has gone through but its not updating on virtuemart.

Any help with that?

Please confirm your merchant reference and PesaPal tracking ID are similar to what we have on PesaPal. If you try querying information that's not available on PesaPal you will get a status "Invalid" and as per your plugin's settings, the message seen is what has been configured to be displayed to the client.

I am also interested in your error. My last demos died after payments too. Maybe it is because they were not real payments. I wonder what happens if you try real live accounts with KSH 0.10 or such.
