We actually have an interesting system you can use to collect payments. payments.pesapal.com is a system used to collect payments/donations by redirecting the clients/donors to an external site we've hosted(payments.pesapal.com). The interesting bit is that we maintain your website's theme and the client doesn't feel lost when the redirection is done.
With this system, it's possible to have your account managers track payments made on payments.pesapal.com without having to give them access to the business account you have opened at
www.pesapal.com. This is quite effective in that you need not to give others access to your pesapal account yet they will be updated on payments made by checking this at payments.pesapal.com . The account managers have the option to download payment details on an excel sheet.

payments.pesapal.com/demobusiness .Make a payment using visa/mastercard (card details - use the examples given i.e 4242424242424242 and 962). After successfully making this payment, login to the account manager's dashboard to see your transaction.

You will get to see details of the transaction you've just made. PLACED status means the client never made the payment. They got to the page that loads all payment options but did not proceed making the payment.

With dianidrifters i see a possibility in that you might need one to specify the number of days when booking. All you need to do is allow the client to give this information on a form and on submit, do the calculation and send the amount they are to pay to our system. we allow you to specify some variables in the urls. See below:
