I have successfully integrated. however, under the user guidelines they suggest that you go to paybill and select pesapal. However, pesapal does not exist on the paybill menu for MTN mobile money. How do i go about that?

How long because we supposed to start taking the site on a test drive on monday next week .How long should we wait? are all other payment methods from kenya, tanzania and airtel uganda fine?

It involves changing a few things on the entire MTN platform not just the text and this requires a back and forth communication with the MTN team thus making it difficult to give you a time line.

All other payment methods work well.

I would like something that i ve failed to pull off. When i make the request in say KES, i want my customer to be presented with kenya payment options not uganda options with conversion because my system serves kenya, tanzania and uganda

Hi,

Your clients are restricted to the payment options available in your country.

For example, If you are a registered Ugandan Merchant, clients can only pay you using MTN,Airtel,Visa and Mastercard. Meaning clients in kenya and Tanzania have the option of visa and mastercard Only.

There is a restriction on cross-boarder mobile money transfers hence a Kenyan merchant cant be able to pay you using Mpesa.
