I submitted a topic about helping us to develop a module that integrates with WHMCS and also send them an email 4days ago. But i haven't received an response from both the email or forum. So, is this forum abandoned by owners and including replying to emails?

To me, i think that client support is part of the key to the success of any business.

We got in touch with WHMCS and got a response on how to integrate into their platform.
We are in the process of developing the module, which once tested and confirmed by WHMCS will share with you. We're looking at a turn-around time of 2 weeks

Thank you for the quick reply this time and happy to hear that you are in the process of developing the module. But i have some more questions below;

1.How do i create an account with you for my hosting/online business?
2. If my account is created, can some one in European countries also be able to pay me using his/her visa card AND ALSO can that person be able to pay me without having an account with you?

3.How do i get payment when some one pays me through you or how do i withdraw my money?

4.What mobile networks can people in Uganda use to pay me through your system and how do i they send me the money through the selected networks to me?

To answer your questions:
1. To create an account go to either:
- demo.pesapal.com/account/register [sandbox- test account]
or
- www.pesapal.com/account/register [live account]

2. PesaPal has included Visa and Mastercard as one of its payment options. These can be used from any country.
You need not to have an account with PesaPal to make a payment.

3. After you open a business account(live account) you are required to sign a contract with us. You can send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call us and request for the contract.
The contract requires you to provide us with a bank account. Any funds received will be credited to the bank account.

4. In Uganda we have: Airtel Money, eazzy money and MTN. All funds are credited to your bank account.
