I cant seem to find a sand box.... sand box anywhere? How do I test?

You can register as a Merchant and as a buyer to see how this works.

Testing your Integrations
At the bottom of your merchant’s dashboard we have the Consumer Key & Consumer Secret[for demo account]. This is what you will use while testing your integration before moving to the live site.
We have created a dummy mobile money simulation that will help you generate the Confirmation codes when you need to simulate the payment process.

Note: You need not to use real money when it comes to the demo site.
