Hi,

I have made a hotel booking site that accepts payment from pesapal on Wordpress. The integration seems to be working fine but there are occasions that the use makes the payment, he get a confirmation that the payment has gone through, this is updated in backend, the transaction id is recorded but this is not shown on the Pesapal sand box account?

Any suggestions on how this can be tackled?

Maybe you can share the URL of the website so that we check on the same. All payments are always captured in the dashboard, once you login, you can quickly search using the reference generated by the booking platform to find the payment.

You can also share screenshots of one case where we see the reference of a booking, the payment confirmation and then a screenshot of the account dashboard searching the same reference and you cannot find it.
