Hello,

Please help me with this,
Pesapal orders are still in pending status though they have been successfully paid .
I am using TheBunch KE Pesapal Woocommerce Plugin which comes with the WooCommerce. Normally orders paid using Pesapal are changing status to processing, but occasionally there are some orders which are still in pending status although they have paid on Pesapal successfully.

Hello Ramesh,

Please ensure that your have configured IPN on your PesaPal merchant account. This is what's used to update your system when a status changes.

Secondly, enable IPN logs and monitor to see if IPN is executed for each transaction as should be.
