emundia OFFLINE Fresh Boarder Posts: 2	My demo site has been working fine, when i moved to live, one is able to pay, get the confirmation code but it fails to query the status.Another instance a customer was able to pay got the MPESA confirmation message and did not get any message from pesapal, and it takes ages to complete. Any assistance will be appreciated Regard Edward

Hi Emundia,

When moving from demo to live you also have to change the API you are using to check the status. Confirm that you also rectified this in your code. You might be calling the demo API when checking the status of a transaction done on the live platform.

We have a support system at support.pesapal.com. Please open a ticket with the client's details and your merchant details. Our support team will get back with details of this transaction.
