I've been trying to use the sandbox in a number of ways, but it seems i'm blocked at every turn.
on the business side :
-The transactions via mpesa phone number do not seem to trigger an IPN request to my domain, while i can reach my web site from external sources. Those transactions remain PENDING.
-I cannot use the pesapal e-wallet because my buyer account has 0 credit.
on the buyer side :
-I cannot topup using a fake phone number because transactions remain PENDING
-when i try to add a fake credit card with the recommended values, i get a blank page, and the credit card never is added.
Am I missing something or is the sandbox actually broken ?
I'm developing the Pesapal integeration for a customer, what should I tell them ?
