Hi mineboyh,

Please confirm that;

You've added the IPN setting correctly on your PesaPal merchant account.
Check that your IPN code has no fatal error preventing the script from executing
You IPN link is publicly available. i.e PesaPal can not point to localhosts

The above 3 are the most common causes of IPN not working. I've confirmed IPN is up and running. As a quick check you can add logs just before executing anything on your IPN page to check if actually PesaPal is calling your script.
