When i make the request to "http: //demo.pesapal.com/API/QueryPaymentDetails" with correct parameters, I get a response that the resource has been moved to
"https: //demo.pesapal.com/API/QueryPaymentDetails" but the https doesn't give a response, It hangs until it's timed out
