The steps for MTN payments are misleading since some of the options mentioned are do not exist on the *165# menu

Hello,
The instructions for the live platform are correct. However we are following up with an issue with mtn which should be resolved shortly.
In case you are referring to the demo.pesapal instructions, please use the transaction id code generator indicated in the instructions on the iframe.

Select "Goods and Services (Others)"

There is no "Goods and Services (Others)" on the payment USSD menu

Please select "next" (00) to view more options. Goods and services should be option 8.
