We have 2 recently purchased and registered Safaricom SIMs with estbalished MPESA accounts that are rejected as non valid numbers at the test URL demo.pesapal.com/mobilemoneytest

A sample number that is reject is 0791019922

The error message I see is:

Phone number 791019922 is not valid for country KE

Has anyone else seen this problem? What is the reason for this and how can it be fixed?

This seems to be a new prefix released a while back. We'll update it on the system.
