Hello, is there a way a user making payment by simply entering transaction ID from my website other than calling the iframe first.

Hello,
The iframe allows the user to select the payment option they would prefer to use.
For security purposes the user has to enter the Mpesa confirmation code (I believe this is what you are refering to as a transacction ID) on the iframe for pesapal to process the payment.
