Normally most local servers have the zip extension installed by default. Confirm if your server has this. If not, you will either have to install the zip package or else unzip the plugin content to [sitepath ]\modules\ folder

I have installed and testing the plug in on my prestashop site and it works well for lesser amounts, but if the amount is something like 100,000Kshs I get this sort of error:
Problem: parameter_rejected | Advice: invalid_value_amount_exceeds_limit> oauth_parameters_rejected | 110%2C000.00,
Is there a limit to transaction amounts?

Hi Lisam,

Pesapal has a default maximum limit of 70,000 KES. However, this limit can be reset. To do this we need you to sign a contract with us and send a request to info@pesapal , This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or any member of our business development team(if you have a contact person from pesapal) stating the reason why you need this amount reset to allow transactions more than the standard 70000KES.

I have integrated the prestashop plugin but the order does not appear in the back end after order confirmation.what could be the issue.Everything else works fine.the transaction code is submitted to your back end but the order does not show up in the back end - it remains in the cart.

I would appreciate your suggestions or help to fix this.

That means the server you are running on doesn't have the necessary software for unzipping files. Which OS are you runnning on?

Hi,

The maximum limit is 70,000KES. In Ugandan the limit is the equivalent of this amount converted to Ugandan shillings in respect to the current exchange rate.

Ensure that you have used the code UGX for ugandan currency and not USH. UGX is the standard currency code and not USH.
