Can someone please tell me what this error means? It is not a friendly error message that does not give me much information as an intergrater.

this means your pesapal credentials (consumer key or secret) are incorrect.

Please confirm if the credentials sent to you/your client are what they are using.

I have cross checked the consumer key over and over again and used it via copy/paste but I keep getting the above error. Something is definitely broken

Confirm which API endpoint are you using?
if it's the live API endpoint at www.pesapal.com you'll need keys for the live API, the same applies for the demo demo.pesapal.com API endpoint.

I am connecting through www.pesapal.com/API/PostPesapalDirectOrderV4
I received a consumer key and consumer secret
I am using the example code as provided on the downloads page.
I have used the credentials and the provided code to integret two sites. The first one is working.
I am using the same code on the second site but I get the consumer key error

The only difference between the two is the the amount, product description, consumer key and consumer secret.

Please send a screen capture of the file (code) you use to load the IFrame and your Pesapal account with IPN settings open. These two will help us figure out why you are getting the error.

Dan , wouldn't that be a security issue sending that code with the secret and consumer keys? Besides the code is the same code that is made available for download. All I did was to change the keys. I have used it on other interfaces and it works fine.

Thats the long story, Well I have rsolved the issue. It was an issue with the consumer key in the sand box and I just used another one I had lingering on my server it worked fine
